Considering some changes to 401k contributions. Currently I max out my contributions in pretax 401k, but considering changing to some contributions in a Roth IRA since my employer has this as an option. currently in 22% tax bracket, but getting close to the 24% bracket. Thoughts?

When you open a fidelity Roth IRA account do you then select the mutual fund for it? Or is there a separate selection of mutual funds for Roth IRAs ?
