Would you count the equity in your home and real estate investments as part of your net worth? Just curious what your opinion is. Some argue that including real estate is misleading because it’s not a liquid asset.

My 19 year old son started his first career job in logistics working for a major defense contractor and got his first paycheck today. He’s talking about buying cryptocurrency. He’s on his own and is paying for everything so I don’t really have a say in how he handles his money.

With talk about hyperinflation, is it a good idea to stockpile cash (money in the bank) rather than throw extra money at a mortgage or pay off a car loan of $6k?

Has anyone taken a look at their investments lately? My stocks are down and I’ve been trying to take a deep breath for the last few days. My dad used to tell me to just ride it out, the stock market will go up and the stock market will go down.

Looking for advice. I’m 23 and want to know besides clearing debt and investments, what else should I do towards building my wealth.

Should I invest in the S&P 500 index or Total market index? It seems like they have very similar returns over the last few years and wondering what others think?
